Most store search matches exact letters. Shoppers write the same word in many ways, in Arabizi, with typos, in their own dialect or as a full sentence, and often get an empty page.

Questions and answers
What counts as a search?
A search is counted when the shopper presses Enter (page 1 of results). Suggestions while typing and pages 2 and later are never billed.
My products have English names only. Will Arabic searches work?
Yes. The Arabic layer maps Arabic and Arabizi words to your catalog words, so “جوال” finds phones. Catalog translation can also add Arabic names.
What happens if SeekGist is slow or down?
Our connectors wait at most 300 ms. Then your store's own search answers, so shoppers always get results.
Which platforms do you support?
OpenCart, WooCommerce, Shopify, Salla, Zid and Magento, plus a REST API and a JavaScript widget for any other site.
Will translation change my own edits?
No. Translation never overwrites text a person wrote or edited. You can review translations before they go live.
Can I try SeekGist before I pay?
Yes. Search the live demo on this page, or book a demo and we show SeekGist on a copy of your catalog. To go live on your store, create your account, choose a plan and pay.
What if I go over my plan?
You get notices at 80% and 100%. Search keeps working. Extra searches cost $0.50 per 1,000, and products over your plan cost $5 per 1,000 a month, up to twice your plan's product limit.
Can I cancel or export my data?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard at any time, and export your catalog, synonyms, rules and logs.
